GDPR
European Data Protection Regulation.
This Customer Data Processing Agreement reflects the requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) as it comes into effect on May 25, 2018. Pixelhomes Ltd products and services offered in the European Union are GDPR ready and this DPA provides you with the necessary documentation of this readiness. This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is an addendum to the Customer Terms of Service (“Agreement”) between us (“Pixelhomes Ltd”) and the Customer. All capitalized terms not defined in this DPA shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement. Customer enters into this DPA on behalf of itself and, to the extent required under Data Protection Laws, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliates.
Parties agree as follows:
Under new GDPR rules enforced as of May 25 2018, Pixelhomes Ltd as a data controllor process, store and utilise data provided by clients for the provisioning of their services, all data stored by Pixelhomes Ltd is not shared with 3rd parties unless explicitly outlined or agreed upon, additionally, all data held is available within the client portal at any time for the viewing of said client, we do not store data without the users consent, and under GDPR laws you may request removal of your data if this is appropriate. Pixelhomes Ltd cannot remove the data of clients who have active services or products. In the event of deletion of customer data, Pixelhomes Ltd may retain access logs in relation to the client portal for any period of time at our own discretion. In the event that Pixelhomes Ltd have terminated an account due to breach of policies, Pixelhomes Ltd reserve the right to retain the customer data indefinitely to ensure prevention of a recurring incident in relation to violation of Pixelhomes Ltds terms or policies in the future. Pixelhomes Ltd may utilise customer data to occassionally send out marketing emails; this process is done through an opt in either via the client portal at any time, or upon account registration. All marketing emails will contain direct information on how to unsubscribe, and unsubscription is available at any time through our client portal. In the event of data breach, Pixelhomes Ltd will do its utmost to ensure that notification is sent out to affected clients immediately, taking reasonable and necessary measures to do so, said notifications will contain all information necessary as appropriate under the data protection laws and GDPR.
You have the right to request we restrict processing of your personal data where there is no legitimate interest for us to do so.
GDPR gives you the right to access information stored about you, all of your data is available within the client portal.
As an individual you have the right to request the removal of any data we hold on you, it does not however override our requirement under UK law to keep financial data such as invoicing and payment information; however personal data can be removed in accordance with the information outlined in our data processing agreement. You can make a request where your personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed, for example if you cancel all services you have with us.

GDPR provides the right to have any personal data rectified that may be incorrect or incomplete. As a customer, you can update your own personal details via the client area; however if this is not sufficient please contact our customer services team.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where there is no legitimate or lawful reason to do so. To make a right to object request please contact our customer services team.
